New Delhi. The risk of coronavirus is increasing continuously across the country. So far 6 people have died from Corona in the country. This is the reason why governments are constantly taking tough steps at war level to deal with the deadly virus. For this reason, the Ministry of Railways has taken the biggest decision so far.
Taking a major decision, the Indian railway has suspended all train services till 31 March. That is, trains will not run in the country till 31 March. According to the Railway Ministry, goods trains will run till 31 March.
The Railway Ministry has taken a major step to protect the general public from the infection of Corona. Trains are usually crowded. Many people are not following important guidelines such as social distancing due to work from home, moving from one state to another state at their home. The Railway Ministry has taken a big decision in a hurry to see the crowds at many railway stations including Pune, Mumbai. Let us tell you that the railways had earlier canceled all passenger trains from the night of Saturday 21 March to 10 PM on Sunday, 22 March.

According to the Railway Ministry, it has been decided to stop the Trauma train of Kolkata by 31 March. With this, a decision has been taken to stop the metro trains.
Local train service in Maharashtra also affected. Maharashtra Government has closed the Local Train Service of Mumbai for common people from 23 march Sunday, 6 am to 31 March. Trains will be suspended till 31st March
However, the journey of Mumbai Local has not been stopped for all people as many Government employees and Health workers are also able to go to their places of work with its help.
In such a situation, only those connected with essential services will now be allowed to travel on the Mumbai local rail for the next 8 days.
