Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Governor Lalji Tandon has issued an order late Saturday night and ordered floor test. The Governor gave the order for the floor test on 16 March, the Kamal Nath government should prove its majority. According to the Governor’s order, voting will be held on the confidence vote in the Assembly only after the Governor’s address on the first day of the budget session starting on Monday. Polling will take place just by pressing the button. Videography of the voting will also be conducted. BJP Leaders met Governor Lalji Tandon on Saturday.
CM said that I am ready for floor test
Chief Minister Kamal Nath met the Governor on Friday amid the political turmoil of Madhya Pradesh. After meeting the governor, CM Kamal Nath had said that I am ready for the floor test, but first, the hostage MLAs in Bengaluru should be freed. With this, CM Kamal Nath had said that we will prove the majority in the House.
Resignation of pro-Scindia ministers approved
Madhya Pradesh Assembly Speaker NP Prajapati has taken major action against the rebel MLAs who are pro-Scindia. The resignation of six rebel MLAs of Congress has been accepted and the House has disqualified them. All the MLAs who are disqualified belonged to the Scindia camp. All the disqualified MLAs were formerly ministers in Kamal Nath’s government. He has already been removed from the post of minister. Actually, six ministers of the Scindia group have been in Bengaluru since Jyotiraditya’s resignation.
These people sent their resignations through BJP leaders. After that, the video was also released and there was talk of resignation. After the resignation, Speaker NP Prajapati asked him to present and speak. But he did not reach the House on Friday. On Saturday night, the Speaker of the Assembly approved the resignation of pro-Scindia ministers, Tulsi Silavat, Mahendra Singh Sisodia, Imrati Devi, Pradyuman Singh Tomar, Govind Singh Rajput, and Dr. Prabhuram Chaudhary.
